Missing Ameba Gold

If you purchased AmebaGold from Paypal, please contact us with your Pico nickname and forward us a receipt from Paypal.

[Tapjoy]
If you purchased AmebaGold or complete offers from our partner Tapjoy, click  on “GET AMEBAGOLD” button above the Ameba pico window and go to “Earn AmebaGold”  page.
Click Green button that says “Missing Ameba Gold?” and it will take you to where you can contact Tapjoy for the issue.

[PayByCash]
If you purchased AmebaGold from PayByCash, please contact us with your Pico nickname and forward a receipt from PayByCash,  and also, tell us the Transaction ID for the payment by clicking on “Get AmebaGold” and open “Earn AmebaGold” page.  Then, click on green  “Missing AmebaGold?”  icon and  you will find the transaction ID there.
